New York-based fashion designer Jason Wu will discuss his creations, career, and current collaboration with Otis College of Art and Design and the MADWORKSHOP Foundation with LACMA senior curator of costume and textiles Sharon Takeda. Wu has garnered worldwide acclaim through his eponymous label, creating sophisticated and beautifully crafted silhouettes championed by influential women including Michelle Obama, Reese Witherspoon, Julianne Moore, Diane Kruger, Kerry Washington, and Christy Turlington.
