MWS Introduces New Fellow, Alberto Altamirano
Alberto was born and raised in Temecula, California, the land of the hot air balloons. Whether building forts as a kid or creating handmade duct-tape wallets with his brother, Alberto has always been a maker and a hands-on designer. He grew up wanting to be an architect and that dream only compounded when he discovered that the majority of architecture school involved model making. Alberto will be graduating in the class of 2019 from the University of Southern California with a Bachelors of Architecture Degree. While a student, he has been an active member of Alpha Rho Chi, a professional architectural fraternity on campus and a teaching assistant.
